Peer2Peer Tutoring Shifts to Request-Only Starting December 4

Regularly scheduled tutoring operations will conclude on Wednesday, December 3. You are able to schedule appointments with tutors as your normally would through this day. After Wednesday, all appointments for the rest of the semester will be by request only.

If you are hoping for tutoring support during this period, follow the instructions below to request an appointment:

1. Standard tutoring availability will conclude on Wednesday, December 3
   
   
2. Tutoring by request will be available on weekdays from Thursday, December 4 through Wednesday, December 10 between 10am - 5pm
   
   
3. To submit a request, email tutoring@tcu.edu with the following information:
   1. Your TCU ID Number
   2. The class you need tutoring for
   3. Your professor for that class
   4. What topics you would like to cover in the session
   5. If you would prefer a 30- or 45-minute appointment
   6. A minimum of three times you would like to meet with a tutor (the more options, the better!)
      1. When listing available times, please leave no less than 24 hour notice – the more time we have to get it scheduled, the better!

4. Our staff will confirm that your request was received and will work to let you know if there is an available tutor within 48 hours of request confirmation

Important Notes:

• Submitting a tutoring request DOES NOT guarantee that you will be matched with a tutor
• All Peer2Peer Tutoring policies apply for requested appointments just as in normal operations. Most notably, students are permitted one appointment per day, per class
• All appointments will take place in Student Success (Samuelson Suite 001)
